What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching is the process of planning, teaching, monitoring, supporting and providing feedback to a group of people through their journey to help them reach their goals. The group coaches are highly qualified, experienced and trained to help you lose body fat and educate and support you through the process to help make it as easy and efficient as possible.

Our Group Coaching Method

The group coaches will provide you with a tailored nutrition plan that is to your specific body, lifestyle and activity levels to help force your body to burn body fat as fuel. They will then monitor your body composition progress and adherence via our app every week. Adjustments will be made to your personal nutritional targets as necessary to prevent plateaus or accelerate progress, or they will provide feedback and advice to help you remain on track to make progress.

  • Tailored nutritional targets (calories and macronutrients) to help ensure you are consuming enough nutrients to help preserve muscle mass while consuming few enough calories to drive fat loss.
  • Flexible dieting approach to maximise adherence and enjoyment.
  • Adjustments and advice based on your performance to help ensure you do not plateau and continue to make progress.
  • Three sample meal plans built into the app that are tailored to closely match your nutritional targets, accommodate many dietary requirements/preferences (e.g, vegan/vegetarian, pescetarian, common food allergies, etc.) and the number of meals you prefer to eat per day, and the ability to get new meals on-demand so that you don't get bored of eating the same foods!

  • Choose a gym or free-weight program
  • Consists of up to 5 workouts per week with a combination of strength and cardio workouts to help maximise fat loss
  • All workouts are designed to be completed in under an hour

How will I be charged?

The program is a subscription, meaning it will be automatically debited from your account every month or every 3 months, depending on the billing cycle selected. However, there is no contract and you can cancel at any time!

Can your programs be completed anywhere in the world?

Yes! All of our programs are conducted entirely via our app and can be completed from anywhere in the world.

Do I have to eliminate any foods?

No, there is no requirement to eliminate any food groups. Everything in moderation is key and your coach will teach you how to enjoy the foods you enjoy!

I have certain dietary requirements/preferences; can you accommodate these?

Absolutely. With a flexible approach to dieting, it's easy to accommodate dietary requirements and preferences, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, etc.

Can I consume alcohol on your program?

What's the point in improving your body, health and fitness if you can't have a bit of fun?! Your coach will teach you how to manage alcohol in your diet so that you learn how to make this a lifestyle as opposed to just a 'diet'.

How is the nutrition program tailored to me?

We gather information about your exercise/activity levels, lifestyle and body metrics to determine your approximate energy requirements. We then monitor, assess and adjust your nutrition plan to match what YOUR body requires to achieve your goals. This is where a coaching program varies from simply following a generic program as we ensure the plan works for YOU.
