Group coaching is the process of planning, teaching, monitoring, supporting and providing feedback to a group of people through their journey to help them reach their goals. The group coaches are highly qualified, experienced and trained to help you lose body fat and educate and support you through the process to help make it as easy and efficient as possible.
The group coaches will provide you with a tailored nutrition plan that is to your specific body, lifestyle and activity levels to help force your body to burn body fat as fuel. They will then monitor your body composition progress and adherence via our app every week. Adjustments will be made to your personal nutritional targets as necessary to prevent plateaus or accelerate progress, or they will provide feedback and advice to help you remain on track to make progress.

You'll be included in our exclusive Group Fat Loss Coaching group on our app where you'll be connected with other people with the same goal and on the same journey.
