Having a strong physique is something you can’t buy. It’s something you can’t inherit (even if you have good genetics, you still have to work for it!). It’s something completely unique to you. It’s something that grabs the attention of everyone in a room. And it’s something that everyone respects.

I started training when I was 15 years old and I become completely obsessed with learning how to carve out an incredible physique - so much so that I changed my career as an airline pilot to become a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, competitive bodybuilder, coach, and go back to university to study a degree in strength and conditioning.

I have personally designed this training program from scientific training principles, and from all of my experience coaching thousands of clients and developing a champion physique, so that you too can create a powerful body that everyone respects and admires. - Daniel Brack

The Program

The program consists of three or four resistance workouts per week, plus one optional conditioning session. It is a continuous program, meaning you can follow it for as long as you like! The program consists of hypertrophy and strength blocks to help you develop muscle mass and strength. It includes test weeks so that you can see how strong you are and how much your strength has improved throughout the program. The intensity of the workouts progresses over each training cycle to help ensure you adequately overload the body and force it to adapt by getting bigger and stronger.

Designed to Suit Your Schedule

This program has the choice of 3 or 4 strength workouts per week, plus an optional cardio session.

Designed to suit limited equipment

This program has the option of either a commercial gym or a free-weight-only program. The commercial gym program only uses equipment that is commonly found in commercial gyms around the world. The free-weight program only uses barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, a squat rack, a pull-up bar and an adjustable bench. You will be able to select which program type you prefer once purchased.

Manageable Workout Durations

All workouts have been designed to be completed within 60 minutes so that you don't have to spend hours training!

Is this program suitable for training at home?

It sure is! Provided you have the free-weight equipment listed in the program description, this program is suitable for home training. If you do not have all of the equipment, it is possible to substitute many of the exercises with variations that suit the equipment you do have available to you. The program group coach can provide advice and guidance on how to adapt the program to suit what you have available to you.
