We are accepting 7 new women this month to provide the highest level of support and guidance.
Once spots are gone, they’re gone.
But right now? It feels confusing, overwhelming, and a bit scary.
Sure, you want to move your body, eat well, and feel prepared for birth.
But…
Has anyone actually tried doing that while dealing with nausea, exhaustion, pelvic pain, back aches, food aversions, and a body that’s changing week by week?
Googling “pregnancy workouts,” reading conflicting advice, and trying to piece together what’s safe versus what’s dangerous is exhausting.
And trying to look after yourself while growing a literal human? Yeah, that’s hard.
Raise your hand if you’ve spent waaay too much time wondering:
You wake up with energy, feeling amazing in your skin, and confident in the exercises you’re doing.
You’ve got a plan that adapts to your pregnancy journey, ensuring you don’t risk your or your baby’s health.
You are no longer confused about what is safe and what isn’t.
You are no longer worried about how much weight you should gain during your pregnancy or about having to lose it afterwards. You are in control.
This isn’t just possible — it’s already happening for women just like you. Check out some of their incredible pregnancy journeys…
“Being pregnant for the first time, I was really worried about feeling like I’d lose control of my body for 9 months. I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed after birth, so I reached out to Recalibrated Bodies when I was 4 months pregnant and it was the best decision. Amanda has been so supportive, and her knowledge around pregnancy has really put me at ease during all my wobbles. Talking me through dealing anything from with sciatica to pelvic pain!
I’m now at 8 months pregnant and what’s made the biggest difference for me is how much it’s helped my mental health. I’ve felt in control and motivated throughout, haven’t missed a workout in 4 months!
I’d 100% recommend working with Amanda, it’s been such a positive and reassuring part of my pregnancy. Here’s to post partum!”
“I have worked with Amanda for over 18 months now. In that time, I have “unlearned” some very unhealthy behaviours I had developed around food and exercise and my relationship to these variables is now in a much healthier more balanced and realistic place.
I have regained my period, after 9 years on the pill and 7 years with hypothalamic amenorrhoea. I very quickly got pregnant after regaining my period (within one month in fact!) which was my ultimate goal. A testament to my newly restored hormonal health!
Amanda has been a great support to me through this pregnancy; altering my training to be suitable for each stage of pregnancy and always there with advice and support when I need it. Any questions that I have, or doubts or worries I have, Amanda has always been there with an answer or a kind word. I feel like I am talking to a friend I have known for years when checking in with Amanda each week.
I cannot recommend Recalibrated Bodies enough, in terms of the knowledge, teaching, personal support and encouragement I have received. Amanda has quite literally changed the course of my life, and I will be eternally grateful for that.”
“I can’t believe I had the confidence in myself and my body to complete a Hyrox at 18 weeks pregnant!“
This is not guesswork.
This is professional coaching for one of the most important seasons of your life.
Most health and fitness programs are not specifically designed for pregnancy, and do not take into consideration the significant changes in you and your body as you grow your baby.
Ours is different.
Our certified prenatal coaches, who are also mothers, understand what you will be going through. We take a holistic approach, combining nutrition, safe exercise, lifestyle, and mindset to provide everything you need for a strong, fit, and confident pregnancy.
As your baby grows from the size of a pinhead to a pea, we’ll help you manage cravings, navigate nausea, food aversions, and low energy, and ensure you are fuelling yourself and your baby appropriately and exercising safely and pain-free.
At trimester 2, the pregnancy will really begin to feel real as your bump starts to grow. We’ll help you manage weight gain appropriately, navigate the increasing changes in your body and movement, and begin preparing your mind and body to bring life into this world.
At trimester 3, your bump is growing rapidly as your baby triples in size. This can bring a lot of discomfort, changes in your body, and exhaustion. Add on top of that many changes in your life, such as maternity leave, social events to celebrate your pregnancy, poor sleep, and preparing for the arrival of your baby, and you might find staying fit, strong, and healthy a challenge. We’ll help you navigate all the highs and lows of your final trimester and ensure you are ready to bring life into this world.
Childbirth will result in many changes in your body, moods, and lifestyle. Women often feel lost as their bodies heal, sleep and routines go out the window, and exhaustion takes over. This is when we help you recover and rebuild.
If you’re ready for structure, accountability, and a proven, evidence-based plan to give you the best pregnancy experience possible, you’ll feel right at home in our program. Our coaching isn’t the cheapest option out there — and that’s for good reason. Our prenatal coaches are highly qualified and experienced, providing deep support, guidance, accountability, and education so you feel empowered and in control. We’ll help you look back on your pregnancy as one of the greatest moments of your life.
