Our services
This website gives you information about our coaching programmes and lets you enquire or arrange a call. Enquiring does not create a coaching agreement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. The specific terms of any programme, including its price, its length and what is included, will be set out in a separate written agreement before you begin, and that agreement will take precedence over these terms where the two differ.
Not medical advice
Our content and coaching are for general education and support only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are coaches rather than clinicians.
Always consult your GP, midwife, obstetrician, physiotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, and particularly during pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or heard from us. If you feel unwell while following any programme, stop and seek medical advice.
You agree to tell us about any relevant medical condition, complication or clinical advice you have received before you begin, and to keep us informed if that changes. We rely on what you tell us when we tailor a programme, and we may decline to work with you, or ask for clearance from your clinician, where we judge that coaching would not be appropriate or safe.
Your right to cancel
Because our programmes are agreed at a distance, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of entering the agreement, under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. To withdraw, email us at info@recalibratedbodies.com within that period and you will receive a full refund.
If you ask us to start delivering the programme during those 14 days, and we do, you may still cancel but we may keep an amount proportionate to what has already been delivered. Where a programme includes downloadable guides or immediate access to digital content, you lose the right to withdraw from that element once you have accessed it, and we will tell you so before you confirm.
Payment
Prices for programmes are confirmed in writing before you commit, and are stated inclusive of any applicable VAT. Where a programme is paid in instalments, the schedule forms part of your agreement. We may suspend access to a programme if a payment is missed and remains unpaid after we have contacted you about it.
Guarantee
Reclaim Your Body & Confidence is offered with a 90 day money-back guarantee. It is not offered on our pregnancy or postpartum programmes, where the work is recovery rather than a measurable target. The terms below are the same ones set out in the agreement you sign before starting, and they form part of it.
Who is eligible
Guaranteed results depend on your compliance with the requirements below and on health factors. The guarantee is available only if you do not have a medical condition, or take medication, that could affect your progress. That includes, but is not limited to, thyroid conditions, testosterone deficiency, contraceptive medication and antidepressant medication.
What you need to have done
To qualify for a refund you must have gone at least 90 continuous days without measurable progress, having:
- followed the programme as prescribed throughout;
- completed your weekly check-ins and training performance reviews on time, with accurate data;
- provided any additional data your coach asked for;
- kept in contact with your coach as asked;
- completed all of the lessons and worksheets set for you.
What counts as progress
Measurable progress means any quantifiable change relevant to your goals. That includes a change in body weight or girth measurements, or an improvement in performance such as strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility or skill.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, guides and resources, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you join a programme we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use its materials for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them, and you may not use them to coach anyone else.
Acceptable use
- Use the website lawfully and in a way that does not harm others or the service.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt the website.
- Do not misuse content or resources provided to you as part of a programme.
- Treat our coaches and the other mothers in our community with respect. We may end a programme without refund for abusive behaviour.
Testimonials and results
Any results shown on this website are the genuine experiences of the individuals described and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Results depend on your circumstances, your health and how consistently you are able to follow a programme.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend it for maintenance or change it without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Where we are found liable in connection with a programme, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email info@recalibratedbodies.com and we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, or the consumer protection body in your own country, such as the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, where Recalibrated Bodies Limited is registered. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date, and the terms that apply to you are the ones in force when you entered your agreement with us.
