Getting To The Root Of Her Problems
Nicola had signed up for our 1:1 Fat Loss Nutrition & Training Coaching Program. Nicola knew how to eat “clean” but didn’t know how to manage her diet when social events popped up or how to include a glass of wine or gin after a long day. She was a classic “all or nothing” type of dieter. She was either 100% on track or 100% off track if something broke her usual eating habits. Nailing Her Nutrition
We started with sample meal plans tailored to her nutritional requirements and preferences. Making Training A Part of Her Routine
She didn’t feel comfortable or ready to return to her local CrossFit gym, especially with having a newborn to look after, so we planned some workouts for her to complete in the comfort of her home. They include workout instructions, exercise video demonstrations and instructions, and the ability to record all the details of your workout (reps, weight, etc.) so that your coach can monitor and adjust your plan accordingly.
