Amanda holds a BSc in Sport & Exercise science, a BSc in Health Sciences and a MSc in Biomechanical Analysis, and is currently studying a Post-graduate Diploma in Performance Nutrition. She is a certified fitness trainer and pre- and post-natal coach with over 15 years of experience. She has helped thousands of women transform their bodies, health and lives. She has coached Bikini athletes to win national titles, prepared fitness models for photoshoots and events, and helped athletes reach their best performance in sports including powerlifting, strongwoman, AFL, cricket, swimming, and GAA.
Amanda studied at the University of Limerick, obtaining first class honours in Sport and Exercise Science. As part of her course, she completed a 9-month internship at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia, to work as a performance analyst with the national swim and cricket team and complete her Masters in Biomechanical Analysis. She later returned to university once more to complete her Degree in Health Science; specialising in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine and Western Herbal Medicine. Upon qualifying, she ran a clinical practice for several years and used an integrated and multi-disciplined approach to health and wellness. She also worked as an assistant for an oncologist using Vitamin C infusions as part of a treatment plan for women with breast cancer.
Amanda loves to challenge herself and is an IFBB national champion and international bikini competitor, having represented Ireland. Her expertise includes fat loss, muscle development, bodybuilding and photoshoot prep, and women’s health and pregnancy.
